GROUP BOOTCAMPS offered through the Berlin Recreation Committee located in the historic 1870 town hall building. The classes are upstairs in the Grand Hall.

TRUST me, this group class will change your life! It will change the way you view fitness and the way you view yourself in a fitness setting. You will be amazed by your capabilities. You will be blown away at just how much you can tolerate within an hour's timeframe. You will be amazed by your strength, your perseverance, your grit, and your determination. These classes run one hour start to finish. I start the class by giving a quick 10 minute 'how to' for the exercises in the set. I pay very close attention to your form as you lift. Good form yields desired results. Bad form yields potential injury and puts the lift on a different muscle than that for which it was intended. I build unique sets for each class. While some of the exercises will be repeat exercises, I like to change up the formats and give a wide variety of exercises. Every single exercise can be modified if you aren't quite able to perform the exercise in full range of motion, either because you are new to working out, or you are recovering from an injury. Alternatively every exercise can be made harder if you want a progression.
Classes vary in size. You will use free weights, body weight, bands, tires, ladders, benches, kettlebells, ropes, TRX, and we will get Stronger. Every. Day. Music is played at every class and I welcome song suggestions. A timer is built into the speaker so you will know when to work and when to rest. Sometimes you will workout for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Sometimes you will workout for 50 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. Sometimes you will workout for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. This workout is a HIIT workout. It's all different and it's all a ton of fun, well minus the BURPEES :)

Now listen, you don't need to be in shape to take this class. You need to be willing, that's it. Exercise adds fullness to every other part of your life. This cannot be argued. Lack of exercise contributes to how we live our lives. You don't have to be all in if you don't want to be, but if you don't exercise, in some capacity, you are not functioning at your full potential. So, take the plunge and come to class. You will be very glad you did.

COST:
$7.00 per class. No membership fee, no late show fee, no cancellation fee. None of that promotes wellness and I'd argue whether it encourages accountability.
Come to class and sign in. At the end of the month you will be invoiced for how much you owe for the month.
Very simple. The workout should be the challenge, not the cost to do it.

Because this program is being offered by the Berlin Recreation Committee, the associated fees have to go through the
town and municipalities sadly do not have venmo. We are in the process, however, of setting up Unipay on our webpage. Once this is live, I will update and include a link.
It's simple: you come to class, you pay. You don't come, you don't pay and you stay stuck in the mud. SIGN UP under BOOK NOW
